Chicken Roll

Ingredients to make Chicken Roll

  • Checken shredded 2 cup
  • Finely chopped onion 1 cup
  • ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped green chilli 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • oil
  • Plain flour 2 cup
  • Carom seeds 1 teaspoon

How to make Chicken Roll

  1. Make a smooth dough of plain flour, salt, oil, carom seeds & water. Rest it for 30 minutes.
  2. On the other hand boild the chicken in salted water & shred it with your hand.
  3. Heat some oil & add cumin seeds. Let it splutter.
  4. Then add the chopped onion, chopped green chilli, ginger-garlic paste & fry them well.
  5. Then add salt & the powdered spices & saute well.
  6. Then add the chicken & saute for sometimes.
  7. Then make a ball of the dough in 6 portion. Roll it out & make a sheet & add the chicken stuffing in it. Roll the dough sheet carefully. Seal the edges with water.
  8. Heat oil in deep botton pan & deep fry the chicken rolls in medium low flame.
