ABOUT Pesto Pasta Salad RECIPE

A quick and easy salad that works well with fresh ingredient

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 200 grams pasta of your choice boiled till al dente and drained
  2. 50 grams fresh pesto
  3. 2 tomatoes peeled and deseeded
  4. 2 tblsp olive oil
  5. salt and pepper to taste
  6. 1/2 cup olives sliced
  7. fresh basil for garnishing

Instructions

  1. 1. Chop the tomatoes into thin slices and keep aside
  2. 2. In a bowl toss together the pasta, olives, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Top with pesto and slices of tomato.
  4. 4. Drizzle with olive oil and serve
