Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl cream
  2. 1 bowl paneer
  3. 2 chopped onion
  4. 2-3 splitted green chilli
  5. 2 tomatoes
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 tbsp kasuri methi
  8. 1/2 tbsp red chili
  9. 1 tbsp kasturi methi
  10. 1/2 tbsp kasturi methi
  11. A pinch sugar

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai add oil now add chopped onion. Add Ginger garlic paste.
  2. Now add tomatoes mix well now add all spices.
  3. Add paneer and kasturi methi.
  4. Mix well now add cream and splitted green chilli.
  5. Ready to eat malai paneer bhujia.
