Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. For sauted veggies-capsicum -1 diced
  2. Green onion heads -1/2 tbsn chopped
  3. Onion -1 roughly sliced
  4. Tomato-1 roughly chopped
  5. Paneer -50 gms cubed
  6. Garlic -2-3 cloves minced
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Black pepper :- 1/4 tsp
  9. Oil 1 tsp
  10. For sunny side up:- capsicum - cut in ring
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil for pan frying
  13. Egg -1
  14. Chilli powder a pinch (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1.Heat oil in a pan , add minced garlic. Saute. Add chopped onions , saute till it translucent,
  2. Now add capcicum and tomotoes , saute, add cubed paneer,salt and black pepper in last.
  3. Saute till tomato turn soft, do not over cook. Serve this in a cabbage leaf.
  4. 2.For capsicum Egg sunny side up:-Heat a non stick pan Add few drops if oil. Put capsicum ring.
  5. now break a egg and pour it in the ring. Add salt , you can sprinkle pepper ir red chilli powder. Cook in medium heat.
  6. Mean while add breads to griller. With butter (butter can be skipped ) or some olive oil.
  7. Serve hot with butter toast and sauted veggies.
