An evening mouth watering snack nourished with protein,carbohydrates,vitamin B6 for your loved ones.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. butter 1 1/2 tablespoon
  2. oil - limited proportion
  3. ginger 1 tablespoon(finely chopped)
  4. garlic 1 tablespoon(finely chopped)
  5. Green chillies 3 (finely chopped)
  6. Curry leaves 1 sprig(chopped)
  7. onion 2(chopped)
  8. salt to taste
  9. turmeric powder 1/2 tablespoon
  10. Black pepper powder 1/2 tablespoon
  11. Garam masala 1 tablespoon
  12. Green capsicum 1(chopped)
  13. Boiled potatoes 3(smashed)
  14. coriander leaves
  15. Boiled egg 4
  16. Raw egg 1
  17. Corn flour 1/2 tablespoon
  18. Bread crumbs


  1. Wanna give your kids a snack nourished with proteins.......Here is exactly what you need!!!!
  2. Take a pan and add butter ,ginger,garlic,green chillies,curry leaves,onion and salt...
  3. Saute until the onion becomes translucent...
  4. Then add turmeric powder,black pepper powder,garam masala to the mixture....
  5. And add green capsicum to the mixture...mix well.....
  6. Smash the boiled potatoes seperately & add it to the mixture....
  7. Now add coriander leaves to it...
  8. Mix it well, cook for few seconds & turn off the stove....
  9. Then cut the boiled eggs into 8 streched cross sectional pieces...
  10. Now make a ball out of the mixture ...
  11. Flatten the mixture & place the egg piece into it....
  12. The mixture along with the egg is made into fine small round balls of kebab .... Keep the mixture aside
  13. Now Take another bowl, add raw egg & corn flour ,knead it well...
  14. Dip the balls in the kneaded flour....
  15. Then the wet balls are dipped in bread crumbs.....
  16. Fry the kebab balls at medium heat until it changes to golden brown......
  17. Now take the kebab balls from the oil & serve it hot with green chutney or with tomato ketchup.....
  18. Hence an healthy snack for your loved ones is ready !!!!!!
