Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. cauliflower head 2
  2. mozzarella cheese
  3. Parmesan cheese
  4. egg 1
  5. pizza sauce
  6. onion 2
  7. tomato ( can use cherry tomato)
  8. capsicum (all three colors)
  9. olives (black and green)
  10. salt
  11. pepper
  12. pizza seasoning
  13. u can use any Vegetable of ur choice


  1. grate cauliflower head and steam it using steamer
  2. take the cauliflower from steamer and keep it in refrigerator for 10 mins
  3. after 10 min squeeze out all the water as much as possible
  4. now mix 1 egg, salt, pepper and pizza seasoning, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese
  5. in the mean time pre heat the otg at 200 degree
  6. take a baking tray put aluminum foil or butter paper
  7. now take the cauliflower mixture onto the baking tray and give rectangular shape( u can give round shape also), keep little thick as u can see it pics
  8. now bake it for 10 mins or till it become little golden brown
  9. now spread the pizza sauce, all the vegetables like onion, tomato, olives and capsicum
  10. now sprinkle little salt and pepper and pizza seasoning and layered with mozzarella cheese
  11. now bake it for 10 mins or till cheese melts
  12. A healthy protein power pack pizza is ready to serve, cut the pizza and serve
