Chilly paneer is a very yummy tasty dish..Everybody should try it...It goes with any kind of bread like Roti,Paratha,Lachha Paratha..

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Paneer 100 gms
  2. Three Sliced Onion
  3. One chopped capsicum
  4. 4 green chilly
  5. 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  6. 2 tsp cumin powder
  7. 1/2 cup cornflour
  8. 2 tbsp Flour
  9. 1 glass of water
  10. Sugar 2 tsp
  11. Salt
  12. White oil 1 cup
  13. 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  14. 3 tbsp soya sauce
  15. 2 tbsp Chilly sauce
  16. 1 tbsp Vinegar

Instructions

  1. At first we have to cut paneer into cube size.
  2. Then marinate with 1/2 cup cornflour,2 tbsp flour,2 tsp ginger garlic paste,2 tsp cumin powder,water 1/2 cup.
  3. Stay it for 20 mins.
  4. Heat oil in a pan,add marinated paneer to deep fry.
  5. Add chopped onion into the hot oil.Sprinkle some salt and 2 tsp sugar.
  6. Then add chopped capsicum,and fry till not it's brown.
  7. Add 3 tbsp soya sauce, 3 tbsp tomato sauce,2 tbsp chilly sauce,1 tbsp vinegar and mix well.
  8. Add 1/2 cup water into it and add 4 green chilly.
  9. After 10 mins we have to serve hot chilly paneer with roti, Paratha etc.
