Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup chawla fali K Dane (Friesh Lobiya)
  2. 1 tbsp gramflour
  3. 2-3 onion
  4. 8-10 garlic cloves
  5. 1" ginger piece
  6. 2,-3 green chilli
  7. 1 chopped tomato
  8. 1,,-2 bay leaf
  9. 1-2 cloves
  10. 1-2 green cardamom
  11. 1/2 cup curd
  12. 1 tsp kasuri methi
  13. 1 tbsp cream
  14. 1/2 tap chatmasala
  15. 1 /2 tsp turmeric powder
  16. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  17. 2 tsp coriander powde
  18. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  19. 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  20. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  21. 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  22. Salt to taste
  23. Oil

Instructions

  1. take a jar put green chilli and chawali K Dane (fresh lobiya) and grind it and keep aside
  2. in a large bowl put grind lobiya pest and add fennel seeds, besan, red chilli powder, salt, chatmasala ,chopped green chilli, chopped onion and chopped coriander ,now add little amount of water to make a batter and make a bolls like a koftas
  3. take a kadai put oil and fry lobiyas kofte till golden brown and crispy
  4. Take a pan put some oil and heat it Now add bay leaf, cumin seeds, cardamom and now add ginger garlic paste and saute it
  5. Now add onion paste stir well
  6. now add turmeric powder chilli powder coriander powder and chopped tomato saute it Now add cream and stire well
  7. add curd and kasuri methi garam masala when oil is separated ,stir well now add some water and cover with lead and cook in low flame for 5-7 minute's
  8. now add lobiya kofta
  9. add pepper powder and cook for 1 minute's
  10. Garnish with chopped coriander and cream
  11. serve with roti or paraths
