Ingredients to make Sooji Fingers

  • semolina 1/2 cup
  • curd 1/4 cup
  • Mashed potatoes 1 cup
  • Green chilli 1 spoon
  • Grated ginger 1 spoon
  • Chat masala 1/2 apoon
  • Black papper powader 1/4 spoon
  • St to taste
  • Oil for deep fry corn flour as needed

How to make Sooji Fingers

  1. DRY ROAST 1/2 CUP SEMOLINA
  2. PLACE IN BOWL AND ADD 1/4 CUP CURD
  3. MIX WELL
  4. AFTER 10 MINUTES ADD 1 CUP MASHED POTATOES
  5. 1 SPOON CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
  6. 1 SPOON GRATED GINGER
  7. 1/2 SPOON CHAT MASALA
  8. 1/4 SPOON BLACK PAPPER POWADER
  9. SALT TO TASTE
  10. MIX WELL
  11. MAKE CYLINDER SHAPE AND COAT WITH CORN FLOUR. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL TILL BECOME CRISPY
  12. SUJI FINGERS READY TO SERVE. ENJOY WITH TEA
