Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup milk
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1 tbsp custard powder
  4. Few drops of vanilla essence
  5. 1 cup sugar to caramelize
  6. 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. In a sauce pan. Add 1 cup sugar.. and 1 tbsp water. On a slow flame. Let it caramelise.
  2. Pre heat oven at 190°
  3. Keep swirling occasionally. Once it turns brown colour, put this liquid into a baking dish . Spread evenly
  4. In a mixing bowl add 2 eggs, add 2 tbsp sugar, few drops of vanilla essence.. mix well.
  5. Add 1 cup milk, and 1 tbsp custard powder. Blend it well.
  6. Now add this mix into the baking dish..
  7. Take another dish or try bigger in size. Pour half water ocer the tray. Keep the baking dish over this try.
  8. Bake for 45 min on 180°
  9. Let it cool a bit.. Keep in fridge for 3 hours
  10. In a plate invert the baking dish, and serve the caramel pudding.
