Easy paneer butter masala செய்முறை பற்றி

2 in 1 gravy #Easy_paneer_butter_masala and #Easy_paneer_butter_masala_with_boiled_egg. ¶{1}¶#Easy_paneer_butter_masala: ¶¶ SAUTE & GRIND ¶¶ Butter-2 spns Big onion-2 Tomato-2 Ginger,garlic paste-1 spn Coriander powder-2 spns Chilli powder-1 spn Garam masala powder-2 spns ¶¶ SEASONING ¶¶ Butter-1 spn Anise-1 spn ¶¶ METHOD ¶¶ (1)Heat 2 spns butter in a pan and add paneer cubes-100 gms to it. Sprinkle 3 pinches of garam masala powder on paneer cubes and roast it and keep it aside. (2)In the same pan, saute all the things given above one by one and sprinkle little water to it and let it dry in the heat. (3)Allow that to cool and grind it in a mixie as a fine paste. (4)Heat a pan & add half spn butter and season with anise, then add the grinded masala and salt to taste and pour little water and make it to boil once. (5)Now add the already roasted paneer and garnish with coriander leaves. ¶{2}¶ #Easy_paneer_butter_masala_with_boiled_egg In the above gravy-add the crushed yellow yolk from 3 boiled eggs and garnish with sliced white part of the egg.
