Yummy chutney with healthy ingredients perfect for summer

రెసిపీ ట్యాగ్

  • తేలికైనవి
  • పొడులు పచ్చడ్లు
  • పీచుపదార్థాలు ఘనంగా ఉన్నవి

కావలసినవి సర్వింగ: 10

  1. Watermelon rind 100gms
  2. 1 Green mango
  3. Grated fresh coconut 25gms
  4. Roasted peanuts 10gm
  5. Sesame seeds 10 gm
  6. Jeera, fennel seeds 5gm
  7. Green chillies 5
  8. Red chillies 5
  9. Cilantro 1/4
  10. Curry leaves 10
  11. Salt as necessary
  12. Turmeric powder -pinch
  13. Garlic 8 cloves or as prefferd
  14. Hing for thadka
  15. Urad dal,mustard seeds,cumin,red chilli,Hing

సూచనలు

  1. Dry Roast sesame seeds& peanuts
  2. Cut watermelon rind & ram mango to small pieces& grate coconut
  3. Saute urad dal, jeera,fennel seeds,green chilli& red chilli in 1 table spoon oil& keep separate to cool down
  4. Saute watermelon pieces slightly in 1 table spoon oil
  5. Grind the dry ingredients (roasted) first
  6. Grind roasted watermelon pieces, mango pieces,,3 garlic cloves,green chilli,red chilli
  7. Grind the 2 mixtures together with grated coconut aswell add salt according to taste
  8. Add thadka & saute remaining cloves in the thadka+ add pinch of Hing(optional) & turmeric
  9. Garnish with cilantro leaves then enjoy yummy water melon rind chutney
  10. This chutney can be eaten with idly or dosa& rice
