  1. Chicken with bone 1kg
  2. Egg 2
  3. Chilli sauce 1 tablespoon
  4. Peri Peri sauce 1 tablespoon
  5. Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
  6. Vinegar 2 tbsp
  7. Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Salt to Taste
  9. Black pepper 1tbsp
  10. Ginger Garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  11. Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  12. Flour 1/2 cup
  13. Cornflour 1/4 cup
  14. Sesame seeds 1/2cup
  15. Chilli flakes 1tsp

Instructions

  1. CRACK TWO EGG. ADD CHILLI SAUCE
  2. ADD PERI PERI SAUCE
  3. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  4. MIX WELL
  5. ADD SALT, PEPPER AND CHILLI FLAKES
  6. ADD VINEGAR
  7. ADD SOYA SAUCE
  8. NOW ADD CHICKEN AND LET IT MARINATE FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES
  9. IN A ANOTHER BOWL, TAKE BREADCRUMBS. ADD FLOUR AND CORNFLOUR
  10. ADD SESAME SEEDS AND CHILLI POWDER
  11. ADD SALT AND PEPPER AND MIX
  12. TAKE CHICKEN AND COAT IT EVENLY
  13. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND SERVE
