ABOUT Capsicum Masala RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Red and Yellow Bell peppers - 1 each
  2. salt to taste
  3. Pinch of turmeric
  4. Medium sized onion - 1
  5. Small tomato - 1
  6. Green Chillies - 3
  7. Coreander Leaves- A Handful
  8. Kasthuri methi a pinch
  9. Garam masala a pinch
  10. 2 scoops Vurd

Instructions

  1. THE ONIONS, TOMATOES, GREEN CHILLIES AND COREANDER LEAVES ARE PUT TOGETHER AND SEASONED WELL WITH SALT AND TURMERIC.
  2. THE SEASONED PORTION IS ADDED INTO THE MORTAR TO BE GRIND ITO FINE PASTE.
  3. IN A PAN, HEAT 2 TBSP OIL AND ADD BAY LEAVES , CUMIN SEEDS AND CLOVES. ADD SLICED BELL PEPPERS AND TOSS WELL.
  4. THE GRINDED PASTE IS ADDED INTO THE BELL PEPPERS. POUR QUARTER CUP WATER AND CLOSE THE LID. LET COOK FOR 5 MINS.
  5. ADD 2 SCOOP CURD ONCE THE MIXTURE TURNS WARM.
  6. GARNISH WITH CRUSHED KASURI METHI AND FRESH COREANDER LEAVES.
  7. READY TO BE SERVED WIH HOT CHAPATHIS AND PHULKAS.
