Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sour Dosa Batter - 1 big bowl.
  2. Suji Rawa - 1/2 Cup
  3. Curd - 2 big scoop
  4. Salt to taste.
  5. Cooking Soda - a pinch.
  6. Onion and coreander leaves

Instructions

  1. TAKE A BOWL OF OLD SOUR DOSA BATTER. ADD IN CHOPPED ONIONS, HALF CUP OF SUJI RAWA AND 2 SCOOPS CURD.
  2. MIX ALL OF HEM THOROUGHLY.
  3. ADD IN A PINCH OF COOKING SODA AND CHOPPED COREANDER LEAVES. SET THE BATTER TO REST FOR 20 MINS.
  4. ADD OIL INTO THE PANIYARAM PAN, AND POUR SPOONFULS OF BATTER INTO THEM.
  5. FLIP THEM TO THE OTHER SIDE TO GET COOKED WELL. ALLOW UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
  6. BEAUTIFUL CRISP RAWA PANIYARAM ARE READY.
