  1. Banana stem oval shape chopped 6 in no.
  2. Leftover neeru dosa batter 1/2 cup
  3. Besan flour 4 tsp
  4. Water 4-5 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. LEFTOVER NEERU DOSA BATTER 1/2 CUP, BESAN FLOUR 4 TSP
  2. SALT TO TASTE, RED CHILLI POWDER
  3. MIX WELL, ADD SOME WATER
  4. MIX WELL TILL GET SMOOTH THICK BATTER
  5. DIP OVAL SHAPED CHOPPED BANANA STEM, COVER WITH THE BATTER
  6. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  7. FLIP AND FRY IN LOW FLAME
  8. FRY TILL CRISPY AND REMOVE ON KITCHEN PAPER
