  1. mango ripen small 1, peeled and chopped
  2. besan flour 3 tsp
  3. asafoetida a pinch
  4. salt to taste
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  6. water
  7. Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. ADD A PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA, 3 TSP OF BESAN FLOUR
  2. SALT TO TASTE, WATER
  3. MIX WELL AND GET LUMPS FREE THICK BATTER
  4. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER, MIX WELL
  5. ADD CHOPPED RIPEN MANGOES, COVER BATTER
  6. CHECK THE HOTNESS OF OIL
  7. DEEP FRY MANGO PIECES IN LOW FLAME
  8. FLIP AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  9. CHECK THE CRISPINESS AND REMOVE, SERVE IN HOT
