Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Gram flour 1 1/2 cup
  2. potatoes 8-9
  3. 1 medium size onion
  4. Green chilly
  5. garlic
  6. 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder,red chilly powder,coriander powder
  7. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. PRESSURE COOK MEDIUM SIZE POTATOES UPTO 2-3 WHISTLE
  2. FINELY CHOP 1MEDIUM SIZE ONION,GREEN CHILLIES AND GARLIC
  3. PEEL THE SKIN OF POTATOES AND LET IT COOL
  4. TAKE 2-3 TBSP OIL AND FRY THE CHOPPED INGREDIENTS
  5. ADD BOILED POTATOES AND MIX WELL
  6. TAKE 1 AND HALF CUP GRAM FLOUR AND ADD 1/2 TSP OF TURMERIC, RED CHILLY, CORIANDER POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE
  7. MAKE A BATTER SO THAT POTATO BALL GET COVERED PROPERLY
  8. IN A PAN DEEP FRY THE BONDA TILL GOLDEN ON MEDIUM FLAME
  9. SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY
