In the month of Ramzan we make new dishes daily for family members. In which pakoris are must to cook. Here I have made different type of pakori which was loved by every one in the family.

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Chicken boneless 200 gm
  2. Red Chilli Flakes 1 tablespoon
  3. Coriander seeds 1 Teaspoon
  4. lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  5. Chopped Green chillies 4
  6. Chopped coriander leaves 1 sprig
  7. Small onion 1 sliced
  8. Gram flour 2 tablespoon
  9. Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Water 1/2 cup
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. CUT THE BONELESS CHICKEN STRIPES INTO SMALL PIECES.
  2. MAKE A COARSE PASTE OF RED CHILLI FLAKES AND CORIANDER SEEDS.
  3. ADD CUMIN SEEDS, GREEN CHILLIES, CORIANDER LEAVES, LEMON JUICE AND THAT COARSE PASTE AND MIX WELL.
  4. BEAT THE GRAM FLOUR WITH 1/2 CUP WATER AND MAKE A FINE PASTE WITH HAND.
  5. NOW PUT THE CHICKEN PIECES IN GRAM FLOUR PASTE.
  6. MIX PROPERLY.
  7. HEAT OIL IN A WOK AND FRY THE CHICKEN FRITTERS.
  8. WHEN THE FRITTERS BECOME LIGHT GOLDEN, TAKE OUT IN A PLATE.
  9. DO THE SAME WITH REMAINING BATTER AND FRY ALL THE FRITTERS. AND TAKE OUT IN A PLATE.
