  1. Panchasare of jackfruit 1 cup
  2. Cooking oil
  3. Water 1/4 cup
  4. Salt 2-3 tsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE FULLY MATURED JACKFRUIT, CUT INTO HALF AND SMALL PIECES, REMOVE THE FLESH ONE BY ONE
  2. BY USING SHARP KNIFE CUT INTO PIECES AND ON THE WASTE REMOVE THE STICKY LATEX BE CAREFULLY
  3. REMOVE THE WASTE WHICH STICKY ON FLESH, SPLIT OPEN EACH FLESH AND REMOVE THE SEEDS
  4. GOOD FLESH IN ONE SIDE AND THE WASTE BUT USEFUL TASTY OUTER LAYER WE CALL IT 'PANCHASARE' IN ANOTHER
  5. HEAT COOKING OIL
  6. CHECK THE COOKNESS
  7. DEEP FRY PANCHASARE IN MEDIUM-LOW FLAME IT IS NOT SO THIN, IT IS THICK
  8. TAKE SOME WATER, ADD SALT TO TASTE, LET IT DISSOLVES
  9. STIR IN BETWEEN
  10. ADD 1 TSP SALT WATER
  11. REMOVE USING A STRAINER AND SERVE IN WARM OR LATER
