Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Apple peeled and chopped 1 Big size
  2. Overnight soaked rice 1 cup
  3. Grated coconut 1 cup
  4. Salt 1/4 tsp
  5. Jaggery 3 medium lemon sized
  6. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Cashews 8-10
  8. Badam 10-12

Instructions

  1. OVERNIGHT SOAKED RICE
  2. PEELED AND CHOPPED 1 APPLE, GRATED COCONUT
  3. CARDAMOM POWDER, CASHEWS, ALMONDS
  4. JAGGERY, WATER, SALT
  5. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  6. TRANSFER INTO A BOWL, ADD SUFFICIENT WATER
  7. GREASE OIL TO HOT TAVA
  8. POUR LADDLE FULL OF BATTER AND COVER AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  9. REMOVE AND SERVE
