Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6-7 pieces Ice Apple /nongu/palm fruit
  2. 5 tbsp nannari sarbath/syrup
  3. 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. PEEL OF THE FLESH OF ICE APPLE(NONGU/ PALM FRUIT)
  2. CHOP INTO SMALL PIECES
  3. SLIGHTLY CRUSH THE ICE APPLE IN MIXIE
  4. ADD IN NANNARI SARBATH/SYRUP
  5. MIX IT WELL
  6. ADD ENOUGH WATER TO DILUTE THE JUICE
  7. POUR INTO THE SERVING GLASS
  8. CHILL AND SERVE COLD
