  1. chicken with bone 1kg
  2. egg 2
  3. chilli sauce 1 tablespoon
  4. Peri Peri sauce 1 tablespoon
  5. Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
  6. vinegar 2 tbsp
  7. chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  10. Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  11. flour 1/2 cup
  12. cornflour 1/4 cup
  13. Sesame seeds 1/2cup
  14. chilli flakes 1tsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 EGGS, ADD 1 TBSP RED CHILLI SAUCE
  2. ADD 1 TBSP PERI PERI SAUCE
  3. ADD 2 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE, MIX WELL
  4. ADD SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE, 1 TSP RED CHILLI FLAKES
  5. ADD 2 TBSP VINEGAR
  6. ADD 1 TSP SOYA SAUCE, MIX
  7. ADD 1 KG CHICKEN PIECES, SET ASIDE TO MARINATE FOR 30 MINS
  8. TAKE 1/2 BREADCRUMBS, ADD 1/2 FLOUR, 1/4 CUP CORNFLOUR
  9. ADD 1/2 CUP LIGHTLY TOASTED SESAME SEEDS, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  10. ADD SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE, MIX WELL, THE DRY MIX IS READY
  11. COAT THE CHICKEN PIECES EVENLY WITH THE READY DRY MIX
  12. DEEP FRY IN MEDIUM HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP, SERVE HOT
