Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One cup wheat
  2. One cup chana daal
  3. One cup rice
  4. Two cups jaggery
  5. One cup charoli
  6. One tbsp sliced dry coconut
  7. One tbsp coconut powder
  8. Dry fruits

Instructions

  1. SOAK ONE CUP WHEAT FOR 12 HRS
  2. TAKE ONE CUP RICE AND ONE CUP CHANA DAAL
  3. WASH N SOAK FOR 15 MIN
  4. COOK WHEAT,RICE N DAAL TOGETHER IN COOKER FOR 15 MIN
  5. CHECK THE SOFTNESS OF THE GRAINS ONCE COOKED.
  6. NOW ADD TWO CUPS OF GRATED JAGGERY AND MIX WELL
  7. ADD ONE CUP CHAROLI,ONE TBSP SLICED DRY COCONUT
  8. ADD ONE TBSP COCONUT POWDER N MIX WELL
  9. LET IT COOK ON SLOW FLAME FOR 20 MIN..
