ABOUT Mango Rabri RECIPE

Rabri is the famous sweet Dish of West Bengal. When Rabri is made up of Ripe mangoes with combination of coconut,nut etc.It transforms into an awesome delicacy. So, it's an typical bong dessert. Everyone should like it.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Milk 350 ml
  2. mango pulp 1 cup
  3. sugar 3 table spoon
  4. 1/2 teaspoon raisin
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  6. 2 teaspoon curd
  7. 3 tablespoon coconut paste

Instructions

  1. TAKE ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.1 CUP MANGO PULP,1/2 TSP RAISIN,CARDAMOM,3 TBSP SUGAR,CURD,COCONUT PST
  2. BOIL THE 350 ML MILK. STITRED CONTINUOUSLY.
  3. ADD 3 TABLESPOON SUGAR.
  4. NOW ADD 3 TABLESPOON COCONUT PASTE, 1/2 TSP EACH RAISIN, CARDAMON.
  5. NOW ADD 1 CUP MANGO PULP. STIRRED CONTINUOUSLY TO AVOID LUMP.
  6. STIRRED CONTINUOUSLY FOR ANOTHER 10 MINS.
  7. NOW IT TURNS INTO YELLOW COLOUR. ALLOW TO COOL THE MIXTURE.STORE IN A COOL PLACE.
  8. TRANSFER THE WHOLE MIXTURE IN A POT. ALLOW FOR REFRIGERATION FOR 1 HR.
