Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Baby corn 2 cut into halves
  2. Besan flour 2 tsp
  3. Asafoetida a pinch
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Water
  6. Cooking oil for fry

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 TBSP GRAM FLOUR, ADD A PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA, SALT TO TASTE, A LITTLE WATER, MIX
  2. MAKE A THICK BATTER LIKE THIS
  3. ADD 5-6 BABY CORNS, COAT WELL WITH THE BATTER
  4. FLIP & FRY FROM BOTH SIDES ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT
  5. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP, SERVE HOT
