Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 small bowl cooked rice
  2. 3 table spoon gram flour
  3. 2 table spoon table spoon curd
  4. 1 spoon chopped green chilli
  5. Pinch of Asafoetida
  6. Pinch of turmeric
  7. Oio for deep fry
  8. 1/2 apoon red chilli powader
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 SMALL BOWL COOKED RICE
  2. 3 TABLE SPOON GRAM FLOUR
  3. 2 TABLE SPOON CURD
  4. 1 SPOON CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
  5. 1/2 SPOON RED CHILLI POWADER
  6. PINCH OF TURMERIC
  7. PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA
  8. SALT TO TASTE
  9. MIX WELL
  10. REST IT FOR 3 HOURS
  11. HEAT OIL AND PUT MIXTURE'S SMALL PART IN HOT OIL
  12. FRY IT UNTILL BECOME GOLDEN BROWN
