  1. Ragi 3 tsp
  2. Jowar 2 tsp
  3. Whole wheat 3 tsp
  4. Badam 2 no.
  5. Cashews 2 no.
  6. Pistachios 3 no.
  7. Dates seedless 1 no.
  8. Water 2 -3 cup
  9. Coconut gratings 1/2 cup
  10. Jaggery syrup 1/4 - 1/2 cup
  11. Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  12. Japhal powder 1/4 tsp
  13. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. SOAK RAGI, JOWAR, WHEAT
  2. BADAM AND CASHEWS FOR 2 HOURS
  3. ADD SOAKED INGREDIENTS IN MIXIE JAR
  4. ADD GRATED COCONUT, DATES AND PISTACHIOS, SOME WATER
  5. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  6. STRAIN IT
  7. ADD SOME WATER AND STAIN
  8. ADD CARDAMOM POWDER AND JAPHAL POWDER EACH 1/4 TSP AND START COOKING IN LOW FLAME
  9. ADD JAGGERY SYRUP, MIX AND SAUTE
  10. STIR CONTINUOUSLY AND COOK TO AVOID LUMPS
  11. STARTS THICKENING
  12. ADD HALF TSP OF GHEE
  13. SALT TO TASTE
  14. NOW IT IS THICK, TAKE OFF FLAME AND ALLOW IT TO WARM TO READY SOLID PORRIDGE
