Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Small rava 1 cup
  2. Hot water 1 1/2 cup
  3. Crushed ginger 1 tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Curry leaves few
  6. Ghee 3 tsp
  7. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  8. Green chilli 1
  9. Urad dal 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT 3 TSP GHEE, ADD 1 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS
  2. ADD 1 TSP URAD DAL
  3. ADD 1 CUP SEMOLINA, STIR BRISKLY & SAUTE ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT
  4. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & FRAGRANT
  5. ADD 1.5 CUPS HOT WATER, MIX, COVER & COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 2-3 MINS
  6. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1 TSP GRATED GINGER
  7. ADD 1 SLIT GREEN CHILLI, A FEW CURRY LEAVES, MIX WELL & SERVE HOT
