Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mixed vegetables - 1 cup
  2. 1 tomato
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 capsicum
  5. Few corander leaves
  6. butter - 1 tbsp
  7. Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
  8. ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  9. sugar - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. DRY FRY 1TSP COREANDER POWDER,1TSP CUMIN SEEDS, 1TSP SAUNF SEEDS, FEW RED CHILLIES 1 STAR ANISE.
  2. ADD ENOUGH WATER IN A PAN, AND LET THR VEGETABLES GET COOKED. CHECK IN SALT AND TURMERIC POWDER.
  3. ADD 1 TOMATO ALSO TO GET BOILED, SO ON LATER TO BE PUREED.
  4. PEEL AWAY THE TOMATO SKIN AND GRIND TO FINE PUREE.
  5. ADD 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE, AND POUR IN THE PUREE INTI THE VEGETABLE PAN.
  6. STIR THEM WELL AND LET COOK.
  7. INTO THE COOKING VEGETABLES,ADD IN 1 TBSP RED CHILLI PDR.POWDER THE FRIED SPICES ROUGHLY. ADD THEM.
  8. HEAT 1 TSP BUTTER
  9. ADD CHOPPED CAPSICUM, ONION AND COREANDER LEAVES
  10. ADD IN A.PINCH SALT AND SEASON FIR FEW SECONDS.
  11. ADD THIS CAPSICUM PORTION INTO THE GRAVY AND LET COOK WELL.
  12. ADD IN 2 TBSP FRESH CREAM. CLOSE THE LID AND SWITCH IF THE FLAME.
  13. CAN BE SERVED ALONG AS SIDE FOR THE ROTIS.ADD 1 TBSP SUGAR FOR THE SWEETNESS.
