Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Coconut oil 4 tsp
  2. Red chilli 3-4
  3. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  4. Urad dal 1 tsp
  5. Curry leaves few
  6. Garlic cloves 8-10
  7. Chopped ripen mango 1
  8. Water 1 cup
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  11. Jaggery 2 lemon sized

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL, ADD URAD DAL, MUSTARD SEEDS AND RED CHILLIES, LET IT SPLUTTER
  2. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  3. GARLIC CLOVES
  4. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  5. ADD CHOPPED MANGOES, FRY TILL TRANSULANT
  6. SAUTE AND FRY
  7. 1 CUP OF WATER, BRING IT TO BOIL
  8. SALT TO TASTE
  9. RED CHILLI POWDER 2 TSP
  10. JAGGERY 2 LEMON SIZED, LET IT DISSOLVES COMPLETELY
  11. BRING IT TO COOK UNTILL THICK, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE
