Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wild ripe mangoes 7-8
  2. Water 1/2 - 1 ltr
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Jaggery syrup 1/4 cup (change according to taste)
  5. chili powder 1 tsp
  6. Seasoning ingredients..
  7. mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  8. cooking oil 1 teaspoon
  9. curry leaves few
  10. red chilli 2

Instructions

  1. REMOVE THE TOP AND PEEL OFF CLEANLY WASHED WILD MANGOES
  2. SQUEEZE THEM
  3. ADD HALF LTR OF WATER AND SQUEEZE THE PEELS TOO
  4. TAKE ONLY SQUEEZED PULP, WATER AND SEEDS, SEPARATE THE PEELS
  5. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND BRING IT TO BOIL
  6. ADD 1/4 CUP OF JAGGERY SYRUP
  7. DO SEASONING
  8. ADD SEASONING AND CONTINUE COOKING TILL GOOD AROMA
  9. ADD CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP
  10. LET'S CHECK THE COOKNESS OR SOFTNESS OF STICKY PULP OF WILD MANGO SEEDS, TAKE OFF FLAME AND SERVE
