  1. FPR THE DOUGH
  2. 1 cup wholewheat flour
  3. 1 cup Apf
  4. 2 tbsp butter
  5. 1 egg
  6. 2 tsp yeast

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 TSP YEAST
  2. ADD 1 TSP SUGAR
  3. AND ADD 3/4 CUP WARM MILK
  4. MIX THE YEAST
  5. COVER AND LET IT BLOOM FOR 5 TO 8 MINS
  6. THE YEAST IS BEAUTIFULLY RISED
  7. TAKE 1 CUP WHOLEWHEAT FLOURAND1 CUP APF,1 EGG &2TBSP BUTTER
  8. ADD THE YEAST
  9. MIX EVERYTHING WELL
  10. KNEAD THE DOUGH TILL YIU GET A SOFT PILABLE DOUGH.KEEP KNEADING FOR ANOTHER 10 TO 12 MINS MORE
  11. OIL THE DOUGH AND KEEP IT IN A BOWL TO REST/RISE.MAY TAKE 30 TO 45 MINS
  12. LET'S PREPARE OUR FILLING.
  13. IN A BOWL ADD THE 1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR,1 TBSP CINNAMON PWDR
  14. ADD CHOPPED PEARS
  15. MIX
  16. OUR DOUGH HAS RISED BEAUTIFULLY
  17. TAKE THE DOUGH AND REMOVE THE AIR
  18. MAKE SMALL BALLS OUT OF THE DOUGH
  19. FLATTEN THE DOUGH
  20. I HAVE USED GUJIA MAKER TO MAKE THE EMPANADAS.PLACE THE DOUGH ON IT
  21. PUT THE FILLING
  22. AND PRESS.REMOVE THE EXCESS DOUGH
  23. SIMULTANEOUSLY YOU CAN JUST FLATTEN THE DOUGH ON UR PALMS
  24. PUT THE FILLING
  25. FOLD AND SEAL
  26. PLACE THEM ON BUTTER PAPER AND MAKE A CROSS ON THE TOP TO RELEASE AIR
  27. APPLY 2 TBSP MILK AND 2 TBSP EGG AND BRUSH THE EMPANADAS
  28. BUT THEM IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180DEGREESC FOR 2O TO 25 MINS OR TILL THE TOPS ARE GOLDEN BROWN
  29. TAKE THE LEFT OVER SYRUP FROM THE PEARS AND COOK IT TILL IT THICKENS.THIS IS OUR SAUCE
  30. ALL DONE
  31. BEAUTIFUL FRUITY EMPANADAS ARE READY
