ABOUT Fruit cake RECIPE

Loaded with nuts and fruits and healthy versions of fruits cake with low and organic coconut palm sugar.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 cups all purpose flour
  2. 1 cup any brown sugar ( I used coconut palm sugar)
  3. 3/4 th cup ground almonds
  4. 1 tsp baking powder
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1 kg dry fruits ( mango, apricot, craisin, pineapple)
  7. 1 cup chopped walnuts and almonds
  8. For garnish some soaked almond in water
  9. raspberry for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sieve 2 cups all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp salt,1 tsp baking powder, 3/4th cup ground almonds
  2. Mix the chopped dry fruits into the flour mixture.
  3. mix Lemon, orange zest and orange juice .keep aside.
  4. Soaked almonds in water for garnish
  5. Add butter to preferred mixer beat for 1 minute and sugar until it gets fluffy, add 3 eggs and beat
  6. Add Ora juice orange zest and lemon zest
  7. Mix all the dry fruits and nuts
  8. Mix the nuts and fruits to the batter and beat well
  9. Add the flour and beat gently
  10. Divide the dough in buttered pan
  11. Temperature at 325 Fahrenheit for 1 hour
  12. Now make the temperature at 300 Fahrenheit for 80 minuets
  13. Almost ready !! Cool it down , take out of the pan
  14. Enjoy!!!!
