ABOUT Punjab da dumalloo RECIPE

This is a delicious recipe of dum aloo, to be served with naan or paratha.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 4 boiled potatoes
  2. two onion
  3. 4 tomatoes
  4. 6 to 10 Cashew
  5. 3-4 green chilli
  6. salt to taste
  7. half Tbsp red chilli
  8. half tablespoon coriander powder
  9. half tablespoon Garam Masala
  10. 1 bowl fresh cream
  11. Refined oil


  1. Boil all the ingredients except the powdered masalas, cream , ketchup.
  2. Once they have boiled enough, strain and grind them into a paste.
  3. Now heat some oil in a pan, add the ground paste. cook for few minutes.
  4. Then add the powdered masalas, cream, tomato sauce and salt.
  5. Once it has cooked, add the boiled potato halves and cook for few minutes.
  6. Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve hot.

You have added the video of making a recipe for paneer actually instead of dum aloo.
