Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled Soaked Basmati rice 500 gm
  2. 2 sliced onion
  3. 2 green chillies
  4. 2 Bay leaf
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  6. 1/2 teaspoon clove
  7. 1/2 tea spoon cashew
  8. 1/2 teaspoon raisin
  9. 1/2 teaspoon cinamon
  10. 1 cup Sunflower oil
  11. 2 Table spoon sugar
  12. 2 Table spoon turmeric powder
  13. 2 Table spoon corriander Powder
  14. 2 smashed egg
  15. 2 Table spoon soya sauce
  16. 2 Table spoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS:500GM BASMATI RICE, 2 SLICED ONION, 2 GREEN CHILLIES,SUGAR 2 TSP,1EGG, SOYA SC, VINEGAR
  2. 1/2 TEASPOON CASHEW,RAISIN,CLOVE,CINAMON,CARDAMOM,2 BAYLEAF, TURMERIC POWDER, CORRIANDER POWDER,SALT
  3. HEAT THE OIL IN A PAN.
  4. ADD BAY LEAF, 1/2 TEASPOON CASHEW, RAISIN, CARDAMOM,CLOVE,CINAMON.STIRRED WELL FOR 5 MINS.
  5. NOW ADD SLICED ONION AND GEEN CHILLY.
  6. SPRINKLE SALT TO TASTE AND ADD SUGAR 2 TABLE SPOON.STIRRED WELL.
  7. ADD 2 TBSP TURMERIC POWDER,2 TBSP CORRIANDER POWDER,SALT TO TASTE. MIX WELL FOR ANOTHER 5 MINS.
  8. ADD RAW SMASHED EGG AND MIX WELL WITH THE MASALA.
  9. NEXT ADD BOILED SOAKED BASMATI RICE.
  10. MIX WELL FOR 10 MINS.ADD SALT TO TASTE.
  11. NOW ADD 2 TABLE SPOON SOYA SAUCE.
  12. ALSO ADD 2 TABLE SPOON VINEGAR.
