Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cup yellow moongdal/lentils
  2. water as per need for soak
  3. 2 medium sized chopped onions
  4. 10-12 green chilly chopped
  5. 2 tbsp coriander
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1tsp Cumin seeds
  8. Pinch of Soda
  9. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. ADD TWO CUP YELLOW LENTILS/ YELLOW MOONG DAAL
  2. ADD WATER AND WASH THEN ADD ENOUGH WATER AND SOAK IT 5 HOUR
  3. REMOVE THE WATER AND AND BLEND IN MIXTURE BETTER SHOULD BE CORASE
  4. BLEND IT WITHOUT WATER
  5. MAKE IT LIGHT , WHISK AND CREATE AIR IN BETTER
  6. ADD 2 MEDIUM SIZED CHOPPED ONIONS AND 2TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER
  7. 10 -12 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLY
  8. SALT TO TASTE AND 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
  9. PINCH OF SODA AND MIX
  10. ON MEDIUM HIGH FLAME FRY ALL FRITTERS
  11. IT WILL TAKE 4-5 MINUTES
  12. YELLOW MOONGDAL FRITTERS
  13. TASTY
