  2. 1/4 cup till seeds,1/2 tsp udak dol
  3. 1/2 tsp jeera,1/2 tsp salt,1/2 tsp chili powder
  4. 1 pinch haldi,5 garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. TILL , UDAK DOL,JERA , GARLIC, MIRCHI POWDER,SALT,WHITE BRINJAL, CORIANDER
  2. TAKE A FRI PAN PUT TIL SEEDS
  3. KEEP FRI AT SHALLOW FRI IT BECOMES GOLD COLOUR
  4. ADD UDAK DAL
  5. AFTER DAL FRI ADD JERA,GARLIC, MIRCHI POWDER,
  6. SALT,HALDI , CORIANDER
  7. LET IT COOL THEN TRANSFER TO MIXY JAR
  8. ADD FEW DROP OF WATER MAKE PASTE,CUT BRINJAL LIKE 4 PEICES THEN STUFF THIS MASALA PASTE
  9. ONCE STUFFING IS COMPLETE LEAVE 5 MIN FOR MARINATE
  10. LEAVE THAT STUFFED BRINJAL INTO A HEATED OIL ,FRI AS ALL OVER SIDES
  11. TAKE A PLATE PUT RICE AND STUFFED BRINJAL ON TOP OF RICE
  12. FINALLY GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER ,CHILI AND LEMON JUICE.. READY TO SERVE
