Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lady's finger 400 grams
  2. oil - 2tbsp
  3. Asfotedia - 1 pinch
  4. Coarse powder :
  5. cumin - 1/2 tsp
  6. dhania 1 tsp
  7. Red chillies - 6
  8. kalonji - 1/4 tsp
  9. Seasame seeds - 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. TASTY BHENDI MASALA...
  2. DRY GRIND : 1/2 TSP CUMIN 1 TSP DHANIA 5 TO 6 RED CHILLIES
  3. 1/4 TSP KALONJI COARSELY GRIND
  4. NOW ADD 2 TSP SEASAME SEEDS
  5. GRIND
  6. ADD 2 TBSP OF OIL TO A SAUCE PAN
  7. ADD A PINCH OF ASFOTEDIA THEN DROP IN 400 GRAMS CHOPPED LADYS FINGER
  8. SAUTE WELL COVER FOR A MINUTE. OPEN AND SAUTE, COOK FURTHER FOR 5 MINUTES
  9. ADD THE COARSE POWDER
  10. SAUTE TILL WELL COATED
  11. COOK OPEN FOR FEW MINUTES.
