Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hakka noodles cooked 200 gms
  2. Garlic 10 pods
  3. green chillies 5
  4. Carrot 100 gms
  5. Beans 50 gms
  6. Cabbage. 100 gms
  7. Capsicum 1
  8. Onion 1
  9. Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  10. Red chilli sauce 1 teaspoon
  11. Green chilli sauce 1 teaspoon
  12. Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Salt accordingly
  14. Oil 50 ml

Instructions

  1. CHOP 10 GARLIC PODS,5 CHILLIES,CAPSICUM,ONIONS,FRENCH BEANS,CABBAGE AND CARROT
  2. BOIL AND DRAIN HAKKA NOODLES
  3. TAKE RED CHILI,GREEN CHILLI AND SOYA SAUCE
  4. HEAT 50 ML OIL IN A KADAI
  5. ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES AND GARLIC
  6. THEN ADD BEANS AAND CARROT
  7. STIR WELL AND AFTER A MINUTE ADD CABBAGE
  8. STIR WELL
  9. ADD ONIONS AND CAPSICUM
  10. ADD SALT
  11. ADD 1/2 TEASPOON SUGAR
  12. STIR WELL
  13. ADD SOYA SAUCE
  14. ADD GREEN CHILLI SAUCE
  15. ADD RED CHILLI SAUCE
  16. ADD THE COOKED NOODLES
  17. TOSS WELL IN HIGH FLAME FOR 2 MINUTES
  18. SERVE HOT CHILLI GARLIC VEG NOODLES WITH TOMATO KETCHUP
