  1. Rice - 2 cups
  2. Curd - 500 grams
  3. Oil - 1 tbsp
  4. Urad dal - 1 tbsp
  5. Chana dal - 1 tbsp
  6. Cumin - 1 tsp
  7. Mustard - 1 tsp
  8. Green chillies - 5
  9. Red chillies - 5
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. HEAT A TBSP OF OIL ADD 1 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS 1 TSP CUMIN 1TBSP CHANA DAL 1 TBSP URAD DAL
  2. LET IT SPLUTTER AND BROWN ADD 5 EACH : BROKEN RED CHILLIES AND GREEN CHILLIES
  3. WHISK 5OO GRAMS CURD AND KEEP READY
  4. COOK 2 CUPS RICE AND KEEP READY
  5. ADD THE BAGHAR RESERVING SOME FOR GARNISH
  6. MIX WELL ADD SALT FOR SEASONING
  7. ADD THE WHISKED CURD SLOWLY AND MIX
  8. MIX WELL IF REQUIRED ADD MORE
