Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. paneer 200 gms
  2. tomato 3
  3. onion one cup
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Kashmiri red chilli as per taste
  6. haldi powder one fourth tsp
  7. Garam masala as per taste
  8. makhan butter

Instructions

  1. TAKE 40 GMS OF BUTTER, PUT IN A PRESSURE COOKER AND LET IT MELT
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP OF WATER
  3. ADD 1 CUP OF CHOPPED ONION
  4. ADD 3 WHOLE TOMATO PLACE 200 GMS OF PANEER IN A BOWL WITH SOME WATER
  5. ADD RED CHILLY POWDER SALT HALDI POWDER GARAM MASALA
  6. CLOSE LID, AND GIVE 3 WHISTLES ON FULL FLAME (HIGH HEAT)
  7. RELEASE THE PRESSURE IMMEDIATELY,
  8. OPEN AND REMOVE THE PANEER BOWL
  9. BLEND THE ENTIRE MASALA TOGETHER
  10. ADD BACK TO PAN , STIR
  11. MIX AND ADD BACK THE PANEER
  12. MIX , LET IT SIMMER FOR 2 MIN, SERVE METHOD BY MR RAMAKRISHNAN
