Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Moong dal wadi 200 grms
  2. onion 1
  3. tomato 1
  4. curd 2 tbsp
  5. Dry spice powders [coriander, chilly powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder] - 1/4 th tsp each

Instructions

  1. TAKE 200 GRMS MOONG WADI AND SLIGHTLY CRUSH THEM
  2. IN 1 TBSP OIL ,FRY THEM TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  3. ONCE DONE,REMOVE IN A PLATE
  4. IN THE SAME KADAI ADD FEW CURRY LEAVES, 1 GREEN CHILLIE AND 1 CHOPPED ONION AND SAUTE TILL GOLDEN
  5. ADD 1TSP OF REDCHILLIE PWDR,DHANIAPWDR,ZEERAPWDR.1/2TSP HALDI PWDR,1TBSP KASURIMETHI &SALT 2TASTE
  6. ADD 1 CHOPPED TOMATO & 2 TBSP CURD
  7. ADD LITTLE WATER AND COVER AND COOK
  8. NOW ADD THE FRIED WADI AND COOK TILL THE WATER DRIES
  9. GARNISH WITH 1 TSP FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
