Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/4 kg bhindi [ladies fingers]
  2. 1 tsp amchur [dry mango powder]
  3. 1/2 tsp azwine [carom seeds] powder
  4. 1/2 TSP salt
  5. chili powder - 1.2 tsp
  6. 1/4 haldi [turmeric] powder
  7. 1/2 lemon piece

Instructions

  1. CUT THE BHINDI INTO VERY THIN SLICES
  2. ADD AMCHUR POWDER,
  3. ADD AZWINE POWDER,SALT
  4. ADD CHILI POWDER,HALDI,
  5. MIX WELL WITH THE HELP OF HANDS
  6. ONCE MIXING IS COMPLETE,KEEP ASIDE FOR 5 MINS
  7. MEAN WHILE KEEP CADAI ON FLAME POUR OIL,PUT THE BHINDI INTO HOT OIL
  8. FRY UNTIL IT BECOMES STIFF
  9. ONCE BHINDI TOTALLY TURNS INTO BROWN COLOUR, TAKE IT OUT ON PLATE
  10. FINALLY ADD LEMON JUICE ON BHINDI, READY TO SERVE
