Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Paneer 300gms
  2. Boiled potatoes 2grated
  3. Capsicum 2tbsp chopped
  4. Coriander leaves 2tbsp
  5. Mint leaves 2tbsp chopped
  6. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  7. Green chilli 5chopped
  8. Salt 1tsp
  9. Slurry
  10. Cornflour 4tbsp
  11. Maida 4tbsp
  12. Baking powder 1/4tsp
  13. Salt 1/4tsp
  14. Chopped coriander leaves 1tbsp
  15. Chilled water 1/2cup
  16. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. TAKE 300 GMS MASHED COTTAGE CHEESE, ADD 2 BOILED, GRATED POTATOES, 2 TBSP CAPSICUM, GREEN CHILLIES
  2. ADD 2 TBSP EACH OF CHOPPED CORIANDER & MINT LEAVES, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  3. ADD SALT TO TASTE, MIX WELL
  4. SHAPE INTO SMALL, FLAT ROUNDS
  5. GET ALL THE CUTLETS READY, SET ASIDE
  6. MIX 4 TBSP EACH OF CORNFLOUR & FLOUR
  7. ADD 1/4 TSP BAKING POWDER, SALT, 1 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
  8. ADD 1/2 CUP CHILLED WATER, MIX INTO A SMOOTH SLURRY
  9. DIP THE CUTLETS INTO THE FLOUR SLURRY, DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  10. FLIP & FRY FROM BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP, SERVE HOT
