  9. METHI [FENUGREEK SEEDS] - 1/2 TSP
  10. URAD DAL - 1 TSP
  11. DESEEDED RED CHILLI - 2
  12. CURRY LEAVES - 10
  13. HING [ASAFOETIDA] - 1 PINCH
  14. OIL

Instructions

  1. ITS A COOL RECIPE FOR SUMMER TIME!!
  2. 1 CUP THANDA THANDA CURD
  3. TAKE 1/2 SHELL COCONUT, 2 CHOPPED CARROT AND 3 GREEN CHILLIES
  4. ADD TO BLENDER
  5. ADD REQUIRED SALT
  6. GRIND TO SMOOTH PASTE
  7. ADD THANDA THANDA CURD AND BLEND
  8. CREAMY CARROT PACHADI READY!!
  9. FOR TEMPERING, ADD OIL, MUSTARD, JEERA, METHI, URAD DAL, DESEEDED RED CHILLI, CURRY LEAVES AND HING
  10. ADD TO CARROT PACHADI AND SERVE
