Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups Wheat flour
  2. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  3. 1/2 tsp Termeric
  4. 4 Green chillies
  5. 10 Cloves Garlic
  6. 1" Ginger
  7. 1 tbsp Corrinder
  8. 1 cup Methi leaves finely chopped
  9. 1 cup curd
  10. Water as required to kned dough
  11. 2 tsp oil
  12. 4 tsp oil for roasting
  13. Salt as required.

Instructions

  1. GREEN CHILLIES, CORRINDER,GINGER,GARLIC MAKE FINE PASTE.
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP SALT .
  3. IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL TAKE WHEAT FLOUR.
  4. ADD TERMERIC, CHILLI POWDER,SALT, GINGER GARLIC PASTE.
  5. ADD CURD & OIL.
  6. ADD FINELY CHOPPED METHI.
  7. MIX IT , KNEAD THE DOUGH & MAKE DOUGH TO REST FOR 30MINS.
  8. NOW PINCH A MEDIUM SIZE BALL DOUGH.
  9. ROLL & FLATTEN IT.
  10. ON A HOT TAWA PLACE THE TLROLLED THEPLA & BRUSH OIL/ GHEE.
  11. ROAST IT.
  12. TEMPERING CURD INGREDIENTS.CURD,SALT,RED CHILLI POWDER,MUSTURD,OIL.
  13. HEAT OIL ,1/4TSP MUSTARD.LET THEM SPLUTER ADD SALT.
  14. ADD TADKA TO CURD.
  15. ADD CHILLI POWDER.SERVE WITH THEPLA.
  16. PLATING TIME!!!
