  10. coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  11. salt to taste

  1. 2 CUPS BOILED CHANA, 1TEASPOONCRUSHEDGINGER, 1CUPCHOPPEDTOMATO,1CUPCRUSHEDBOILEDPOTATOES,2CHILLIES
  2. 1TEASPOONJEERA, 1TEASPOONREDCHILLYPOWDER,1/2TEASPOONTURMERICPOWDER,1TEASPOONCORIANDERPOWDER, SALT
  3. HEAT1TABLESPOONOIL,ADD RED CHILLI POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER AND CORIANDER POWDER
  4. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES AND GREEN CHILLY
  5. SAUTE' TOMATOES TILL SOFT AND ADD POTATO AND BOILED CHANA
  6. ADD A CUP OF WATER AND MIX WELL
  7. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND COOK COVERED FOR NEXT 5 TO 10 MINUTES
  8. READY TO SERVE WITH AJWAIN WALA PARATHAS
