  1. 3 Potato cubes
  2. 1 cup sliced Pointed gourd
  3. 2 Table spoon corriander powder
  4. 2 Table spoon turmeric powder
  5. 2 Table spoon ginger paste
  6. Green chillies
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 cup water
  9. Sunflower oil 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS:POTATO CUBES,PARVAL,CORRIANDER POWDER,TURMERIC POWDER, GINGER PAST.FRY THE POINTED GOURD
  2. BOIL POTATO,KEPT ASIDE FRIED PARVAL.HEAT THE OIL IN A PAN.ADD GINGER PASTE, CHILLY,CORRIANDER POWDER
  3. ADD TURMERIC POWDER,SUGAR 2 TSP,SALT TO TASTE.ADD BOILED POTATO,FRIED PARVAL,1 CUP WATER,BOIL 10 MIN
  4. NOW IT IS READY.ADD GHEE ON THE CURRY.
