Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4 teaspoon oil
  2. 3 big garlic cloves finely chopped
  3. 2 tbsp onion finely chopped
  4. 2 tbsp white part spring onions chopped
  5. 2 tbsp green spring onions chopped
  6. 2 tbspn chopped carrots
  7. 2 tbsp Beans chopped
  8. half capsicum chopped
  9. 1 tbsp Bell pepper chopped
  10. 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  11. half tSP green chilli sauce
  12. 2 teaspoon vinegar
  13. 2-3 spoon soya sauce
  14. 1/4 tsp pepper
  15. salt to taste
  16. 2 cups cooked Basmati rice
  17. For Garnish
  18. 1 tbsp green spring onions chopped

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN A PAN, ADD GARLIC, SAUTE UNTIL AROMATIC AND BROWNED
  2. ADD ONION AND WHITE PART OF SPRING ONION, SAUTE FOR A MINUTE
  3. ADD CHOPPED VEGGIES AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES
  4. ADD VINEGAR AND SAUCES. MIX WELL ON HIGH FLAME
  5. ADD COOKED RICE AND MOX GENTLY WITHOUT BREAKING RICE GRAINS
  6. ADD SALT AND PEPPER. MIX WELL
  7. ADD GREEN SPRING ONIONS. GENTLY MIX AND SWITCH OFF
  8. GARNISH WITH GREEN SPRING ONIONS AND SERVE HOT
